【Reservation Policy】
※Business booking: The booking rules are based on the contract
1. A 30% deposit by credit-card is required; your credit card will be charged after making your online reservation. 70% of the balance can be paid on-site at the hotel. If you and the hotel incur other transactions (extra nights, extra beds, meals, tips, phone bills... etc.), you must pay them directly at the hotel counter.
2. For your credit card transaction security, your online booking personal information need to match with the actual staying (check-in) Guest, please kindly provide valid ID upon arrival.
3. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book a room. Guests under the age of 20 must be accompanied by an adult. If necessary, the hotel may require consumers to show their identity documents to prove it.
4. All online prices include tax and service charges.
5. Check-in: after 15:00pm|Check-out: before 11:00pm
6. Once booking is successfully made, it will redirected to reservation confirmation page. If the website didn’t redirect to reservation confirmation page, you can go on our website → My Account→Manage Reservations to check your reservation status. If you have any trouble locating your reservation, please contact the hotel for further assistance.
【THSR Joint Program】
1. The Taiwan High Speed Rail(THSR) is a purchasing service. If you need to purchase a THSR joint program ticket, please complete it with the reservation at the same time. It is not possible to rebook it afterwards.
2. If you need to change or cancel your reservation when you made an THSR ticket and have already claimed your THSR ticket, please kindly refund your ticket at THSR station. If you missed the scheduled departure time or didn’t claimed your ticket at the station, full payment will be forfeit.
【Changes and Cancellations】
1. After the online reservation is confirmed, if you need to change the check-in/out date or cancel reservations, please cancel it directly online and book again. Telephone changes are not accepted.
2. After the online reservation is confirmed, if you need to cancel or change the date of stay for some reason, please notify the hotel as soon as possible so that you can extend or cancel your reservation.
3. If hotel’s located area has factor caused by force majeure (Ex. Traffic disrupted due to earthquake or the Central Weather Bureau have issued land warning) on your original staying period. Please contact our reservation center three days before check-in (not including check-in date).
4. If the contract cannot be performed owing to a circumstance to which neither of the parties is imputed, the full amount of deposit shall be returned.
