1. For Guests using this hotel reservation system, you have to agree on deposit 30% of your total reservation fee as guaranteed payment in advanced.
2. 70% of the outstanding payment can be made upon your arrival.
3. For your credit card transaction security, your online booking personal information need to match with the actual staying (check-in) Guest, please kindly provide valid ID upon arrival.
4. If you need to amend your reservation date or duration once your reservation is confirmed online, please kindly cancel your original reservation online first and rebook for your amended staying date. We do not accept any amendment via phone calls.

6. All prices on our website already included fees and service charge.
7. Hotel Check-in Time is after 15:00, Check-out time is before 12:00 (Noon)
8. If hotel’s located area has factor caused by force majeure (Ex. Traffic disrupted by earthquake or the Central Weather Bureau have issued land warning) on your original staying period. Please contact our reservation center three days before (check in dates included). If you made an HSR package and have already claimed your HSR ticket, please kindly refund your ticket at HSR station. If you missed the scheduled departure time or didn’t claimed your ticket at the station, full payment will be forfeit.

10. Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation on date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 1 day of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 2-3 days of arrival, 70% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 4-6 days of arrival, 60% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 7-9 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 10-13 days of arrival, 30% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival, full deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation fees applies according to Ministry of Transportation and Communication’s announcement for Hospitality Booking Standard Contracts made on July 21st, 2015. Hotel reserves the right to forfeit full amount of deposit.
If you’re staying during the following period: 2020/01/25~2020/01/28(Lunar New Year), 2020/12/25-2021/01/01(Christmas & New Year’s Eve), and 2021/02/12~2021/02/15(Lunar New Year), you are not allowed to make any amendment or cancellation within the next 7 days your reservation is made. ★Due to bank holiday and process time, refunds usually needs 7-14 working days to process the amount back to your account.
11.1 If the performance becomes impossible by reason of a circumstance to which the hotel is imputed.
- If the contract cannot be performed owing to a circumstance to which the hotel received the deposit is imputed; the hotel shall return double amounts of deposit
- If the hotel hasn’t received the deposit, Hotel is bound to compensate the guest for any injury arising therefrom.
- If the hotel and guest have other agreement can more greatly benefit the guest, hotel shall be bound to follow the agreement.
11.2 If the contract cannot be performed owing to a circumstance to which neither of the parties is imputed, the full amount of deposit shall be returned.
